Credits purchased for use on Good Picture Maker are valid only while the service is operational. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If the service is discontinued, any unused credits will be forfeited. We make no guarantees regarding the long-term availability of purchased credits.

You agree not to use Good Picture Maker to:

• Upload, process, or generate illegal content of any kind
• Process images you do not own or have rights to use
• Create content that infringes on third-party copyrights or trademarks
• Generate harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the service

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any user account at our sole discretion, at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, violations of these terms or any behavior we deem inappropriate.
